New look, product videos, live chat, and cart offers

Thank you for staying with this shop. We wanted the pages to be clearer and more helpful, so we have made a few changes for you.

Shop graphics

We decided to update the shop graphics. Listings and pages should be easier to read.

Product videos

We have started recording videos of our products so you can see the listing before you order. When a video is on a card, it is on that product page in the shop.

Live chat

When we are online, you can write to us in the live chat on the page. It is the same conversation as Contact — you do not start a second thread. Replies appear in that chat while we are at the shop. If we are away, you can still leave a message there.

A second listing at a lower price

Add one listing to the cart and the shop may offer another listing from the same group at 40% off.

Four listings, the cheapest free

When four paid listings are in the cart, the cheapest of those four is free. Only listings you pay for count.

Substance cards

Updated graphics and product videos belong to the listing you open in the shop. When a substance has a published card, it is listed under Substances. Use that card for the facts we have published about it.
